Step into the shadowy world of ambition, prophecy, and fate with The Scottish Play, an original adaptation of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, written by Davies and re-edited by Stephen Whelan.
This fully staged production builds upon a special reading presented by the newly formed nonprofit Breaking a Leg Theatre Group in March 2025. The performance was followed by a lively audience discussion that helped shape the production and move Davies closer to his dream of bringing the complete work to the stage.
Davies is joined in this creative endeavor by his son, William Davies, a member of Breaking a Leg Theatre Group’s Board of Directors who also provides technical direction for the production.
